Payment
Payment is required at time of order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are visiting our showroom, we also accept Interac, Cash or Company Cheques. Sorry, we are unable to ship C.O.D.
Shipping
All orders are shipped Freight Collect, except for small orders which can be mailed Prepaid & Charge via Canada Post.
We can also ship via Greyhound Collect. Please indicate Station to Station or Station to Door. Greyhound accepts a maximum of 5 cartons per waybill. Please indicate method of shipping at time of order.
Back orders will be shipped as soon as available. All shipping costs for back orders are the responsibility of the customer. If items are out of stock, we will notify you before shipping.
Free Delivery
We offer Free Delivery to your place of business as follows: Daily to Kelowna and Weekly to all points north to Salmon Arm, BC and south to Penticton, BC.
Returns
Prior authorization is required before goods can be returned. All returned goods must be shipped Freight Prepaid. Upon receipt, goods will be inspected before credit or refund can be issued. Goods must be in original packaging and must be returned within 15 business days after receipt of order.
Damages
Merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping. Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the carrier.
